"Ineffective people live day after day with unused potential. They experience synergy only in small, peripheral ways in their lives. But creative experiences can be produced regularly, consistently, almost daily in people's lives. It requires enormous personal security and openness and a spirit of adventure." -Stephen Covey
Human potential is unlimited and everyone is capable of great things.
Great things come from small ideas. The key is to trust yourself and trust your abilities and capabilities. Many of us have great ideas, yet so many times, our fear stop us from pursuing them. Remember, you must “know yourself to grow yourself”.
Your life, itself, is a road map, and you are the driver of your ideas. Get to know who you are and your goals and objectives in life. When you have a direction, and you are passionate about your ideas, you will create ways and means to reach your destination. In order to be effective and use all your potential in the right manner, you must draw a map to your destination and you need a strategy to reach your target.
Imagine trying to go to the grocery shop without knowing how to get there. You may lose your way many times, get frustrated, stressed out and inflict your frustration on others. You may never reach your destination, or you will reach it only after much wasted time.
When you plan and have a map, you move smoothly and happily and reach your destination in a healthy manner. Along the way, you might encounter a traffic jam or other delays that are outside your control, but you accept these challenges as fun and adventurous, and you stay motivated until you reach your destination.
Believe in yourself and believe you can cross mountains, ford rivers and conquer obstacles with civility. Learn from people who have succeeded and, most importantly, remember use every experience to better “know yourself to grow yourself”.
